Standard Terms and Conditions:

TERMS: Cash with order or 3 weeks in advance of shipment. MasterCard/ Visa accepted. No cancellations 45 days or less prior to shipment.

ORDERING POLICIES: Minimum order is one complete box, which contains six 26-count trays. Order acknowledgements will be sent upon receipt of order. Customers should examine these for accuracy. Hilltop Greenhouse & Farm will process orders as acknowledged. Tags must be shipped for patented plant varieties, as per regulations. Tags may be available for non-patented varieties at an additional charge. All cutting orders require 4-6 weeks lead time for production of your individual order. Rooted cuttings available beginning November 30, 2008 (week 49). The last date cuttings are available is March 31, 2009 (week 14.)

FREIGHT:Shipments are Fed Ex, UPS weather permitting and at customer's risk, or Northwest Airfreight only collect to the customer. There is a delivery to airport charge of $3.00 per box, with a $12.00 minimum. Delivery available within a 600-mile radius on quantity orders. Pickup appointments arranged with at least 24 hours advance notice.

BOXING CHARGE: $4.00 per box (or current price) for boxing & handling.

SUBSTITUTIONS: All orders are subject to substitutions, which may include new varieties.

CLAIMS: We accept no liability for any damage or delays after plant material has left our greenhouse. All claims for shortages or error must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

PRICES: Subject to change without notice to reflect operational costs.
